认证 (CHEA), has granted accreditation to the following programs in the Department
of Psychological Science 和 咨询: M.S. in 咨询, Clinical Mental Health
咨询 concentration; 和 M.S. in 咨询, School 咨询 concentration. CACREP accreditation provides recognition that the content 和 quality of 365bet's 咨询
Graduate Program has been evaluated 和 meets high st和ards set by the profession.
All students who graduate within 18-months of the program receiving accreditation
(January 2018 和 later) will be gr和fat在这里d 和 will be considered to have graduated
from a CACREP accredited program.

The mission of Master’s Program in 咨询 is to provide both academic 和 clinical training that will prepare students to be highly effective professional counselors. Our goal is to influence students to be life-long learners who are sensitive to 和 appreciative of the developmental needs of individuals 和 groups in the context of a rapidly changing multicultural society. 学生 completing the school counseling concentration are eligible for Tennessee certification as school counselors pending their passing of the Praxis Exam. 学生 completing the mental health counseling concentration will have met the educational requirements for licensure in Tennessee as Licensed Professional Counselors with Mental Health Service Provider designation.
